Dr. Tonio Grech attended the 18th Annual ShipArrested.com Members’ Conference in Oslo. It was a pleasure for him to meet old and new colleagues and friends and to discuss with them various aspects of shipping law from different jurisdictional perspectives. The speakers spoke about present day shipping law issues such as the interoperability of eBL solution providers, freezing injunctions in common law: the Broad Idea revolution and the m.v. “MORAZ” application to establish a limitation fund.
